The issue of gender equity is important, relevant, and current. Debates and writings on the subject are increasing and are diverse in their perspectives. The Islamic perspective on the issue is the least understood and most misrepresented by non-Muslims and some Muslims as well. This article is intended to provide a brief and authentic exposition of what Islam stands for in this regard.
One major objective of this article is to provide a fair evaluation of what Islam contributed toward the restoration of woman’s dignity and rights. In order to achieve this objective, it may be useful to review briefly how women were treated in general in previous civilizations and religions, especially those which preceded Islam (before 610 AD). Part of the information provided here, however, describes the status of woman as late as this century, more than 13 centuries after Islam.
The status which non-Muslim women reached during the present era was not achieved due to the kindness of men or due to natural progress. It was rather achieved through a long struggle and sacrifice on woman’s part and only when society needed her contribution and work, more especially during the two world wars, and due to the escalation of technological change. While in Islam such compassionate and dignified status was decreed, not because it reflects the environment of the seventh century, nor under the threat or pressure of women and their organizations, but rather because of its intrinsic truthfulness.
If this indicates anything, it would demonstrate the Divine origin of the Quran and the truthfulness of the message of Islam, which, unlike human philosophies and ideologies, was far from proceeding from its human environment; a message which established such humane principles that neither grew obsolete during the course of time, nor can become obsolete in the future. After all, this is the message of the All-Wise and All-Knowing God whose wisdom and knowledge are far beyond the ultimate in human thought and progress.

Why are the NSW Taxi council and the NSW Transport and Infrastructure protecting the Law breaker bailor?
A bailee taxi driver is entitled to have five weeks holiday pay per year after performing required number of shifts. The driver in question made a formal request for such a payment to a Sydney taxi base. The taxi base in turn unfairly dismissedhim for making such a claim and now it is a clear case of victimisation.
Anyway, the taxi base manager in question posted an unsigned frivolous and vexatious letter to the bailee driver. The driver in turn made a formal request under the law to reiterate the original demand. The brave taxi base manager is maintaining his silence!
The taxi driver would like to lodge a complaint to the Chief Industrial Magistrate’s Court. Now, the problem is who is the defendant? According to documents obtained from the ASIC and NSW Consumer Affairs the owner of the company and the bailor are not the same person! So, we do have some ambiguity here!
Naturally, the driver in question approached to the NSW Transport and Infrastructure and NSW Taxi Council Limited to properly identify the bailor of two specific taxis he have been driving for the last three years. To your surprise the supposedly independent umpire i.e. NSW Department of Transport and Infrastructure refused to assist the driver like the NSW Taxi Council Limited with some lame excuses!
So obvious question is, why are the NSW Taxi council and the NSW Transport and Infrastructure protecting the Law breaker bailor?

What Do You Think About the Stand of Faruque Ahmed?
The yahoo Q and A Account of Faruque Ahmed was suspended for the offence of asking the most innocent questions! Now, he would like to take legal action against Yahoo based on several grounds.
Usually, he is peace loving person and believes in free and fair discussion. However, his argument is, the Zionists/”Jews”/Israelis murder free speech and it is not acceptable. We should have free speech for all or none! Therefore, no one should be allowed to murder another person’s free speech as it is the case here.

Believe is free and spontaneous. Jews do not believe in Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, … . Jews do not believe in Jesus, Mohammad, … and no one is punishing them for their believes and opinion!

The belief that Jesus is God, a person of the Trinity, the Messiah, or a prophet of God are incompatible with traditional Jewish tenets. What World-famous Men have said About the Jews and above statements clearly demonstrate that the Jews conspired to murder Jesus at Jerusalem and later his brother James at Rome. On the other hand the Muslims respect Jesus and his mother Marry.
Therefore dreaming and falsely engineering a romantic relation between the Jews and Christians does not stand. So is the notion of Judeo-Christian culture.
Jews believe Moses (PBUH) is their teacher and they are waiting for the promised messiah. The Jews deny Jesus (PBUH) as their messiah. Although many messiahs appeared according to some Jews and all of them could not agree with those appearances and therefore rejected.
Christians believe Jesus (PBUH) is the messiah.
Muslims believe in Adam (PBUH), Abraham (PBUH), Moses (PBUH) and Jesus (PBUH). The Muslims also believe because Jesus (PBUH) was rejected – God had to send Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) for the whole mankind.
It is also being claimed the Jews accepted Jesus (PBUH) as a messiah. However, when they asked, “are you the one to save the Jews?” He said, “no I am for everyone”. At that point the Jews rejected him.
Same thing happened with Mohammad (PBUH). They initially acknowledged him as the promised messiah. But, because he was not from a tribe of Israel and he was from an Arabian tribe that’s why they rejected him too.
P.S. Murdering free speech for Israel is like sexually molesting one’s own mother and daughter to satisfy a mistress called Israel.
